Want a creative challenge? Each class is unique with creative, intelligent flow sequencing. This is a strong practice that integrates breath, movement, flexibility and balance around advanced themes or postures.

Students are encouraged to feel comfortable with vinyasa classes before taking Untamed Vinyasa Flow.

Vinyasa + Yin

All about that balance! Perfect combination of vinyasa flow ending in yin. This class begins in movement, yang practice and then ends with long yin holds on the ground.

Perfect for anyone seeking to push and release.

Hatha + Hatha Remix

Great foundational and challenging class. This class will explore a sequence of 40+ postures, finding the strength and balance with our breath and longer holds.

All levels, great for working on alignment.

Yin

Wanna dig deep? Yin is a deep and sometimes intense practice. Mostly on the floor. the class explores long holds 3-5min diving deep into the connective tissue and muscles.
